Schüco Corona CT70 Profile

The PVC-U system Corona CT 70 with the rebate gasket is based on a 5-chamber technology. Excellent thermal insulation properties and narrow face widths. Two different vent contours is a distinctive feature of this system. Integration of this system with the Corona colour range offers you an opportunity to select one or more out of 20 style options – using standard colours or the woodgrain setting, with the one-side or two-side finish.

The use of the 5-chamber system and 70-mm wide frame tеchnology secures excellent thermal insulation. Two levels of gaskets along the perimeter reduce energy loss. High-quality glazing units reduce thermal conductivity.

SCHÜCO Corona SI 82 window is a modern system solution for window modular constructions. 6-chamber profile system, installation depth of 82 millimetres and triple contour of the gasket secure supreme heat and noise resistant properties of the windows! Corona SI 82 system is also fitted with the patented moisture removal system.

For the purposes of enhancement of comfort and improvement of the look, the remote-operated fittings and locks may be installed.

SCHÜCO Alu Inside upmarket system with the patented technology of combination of aluminium and PVC-U allows to avoid the use of steel reinforcing profiles. The system of increased thermal protection allows producing extremely energy-efficient windows with the narrow face width of the profiles.

The silver-grey colour of the gasket accentuates the premuim-class of the structure. Seven chambers of the profile and increased installation depth secure supreme sound and heat insulation and increased strength of the window unit. Depending on the customer requirements it may be extra furnished with а thermal insert made of Neopor (innovative gasket) or with a steel reinforcing profile to increase structural stiffness and strength.

The base of this system are the profile series CT 70 and SI 82/SI 82+. The company structural designers developed single-purpose cover caps of aluminium alloy for such profile systems. They are highly resistant to mechanical stress and easy to maintain. Cover caps may be installed both on the sashes with glaze sags and on the flat profiles of sashes and frames. Increased burglar resistance of the profile systems and harmonious combination of Top Alu window modular construction with the facade systems is possible due to diverse colour range of the cover caps.

The glazing unit is fitted with ultra transparent glass with sprayed-on silver ions and filled with argon gas. The window detains harmful solar spectrum thereby excluding overheating of the premises in summer, while entirely transmitting visible light and conserving heat in winter.
